• Runtime: Write the run DB atomically, so that an interrupted write cannot destroy all runs (PR, #8006)
• Runtime: An unreadable or invalid run DB now prevents Altworx from starting and is logged as an error, instead of being silently replaced by an empty run pool (PR, #8007)
