Changes

• Redesign widget list in Dashboard to avoid confusion. Scenario and Incident widgets could get mixed up - now they look different.
• Remove unused REST API and move to v1 where possible.
• Fix and improve password reset. It was impossible to login after password reset was completed.
• Adjust change detection mechanism in Settings->Types. The Update button now behaves in a more predictable manner.
